EU policy in North Africa needs serious redevelopment, says UK’s Clegg.

Nick Clegg, Lib Dem leader, and deputy Prime Minister of the UK visited Brussels this week. During his visit the British deputy leader met with Catherine Ashton to discuss EU policy in relation to the Middle East, and North Africa, policy which Clegg says needs ‘serious reinvention’
